Cancellation Policy

Our fit schedule can be full and may even have a waiting list.  Pro Bike Center’s “No-Show Policy” is designed to encourage our clients to give us an opportunity to offer convenient appointment times to others if you are unable to make your appointment.  Clients who cancel without 24 hours prior notice or who fail to show up or meet their scheduled appointment for will be billed a cancellation fee by the provided credit card and re-scheduled.  Exceptions will be made in the event of inclement weather or true emergencies.  Please be considerate of our staff and other clients and call or email us as soon as possible if you can’t make your appointment.  Your cooperation in this policy is greatly appreciated.
